The Apple Standard EULA and the Clariva Terms of Service apply to your use of Clariva. If there is a conflict about the licence to use the iOS app, the Apple Standard EULA controls.

Clariva Pro subscription

• Title: Clariva Pro Monthly
• Length: 1 month
• Price: The current price is shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
• Automatic renewal: The subscription renews automatically unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Renewal charge: Your Apple Account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• Cancellation: You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account subscription settings.

Clariva does not receive or store your payment-card details. Billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds are handled by Apple under its applicable policies.
