Delete your Clariva account
If Clariva is installed, the fastest option is Settings → Privacy → Delete your account. This deletes the Firebase account and associated Clariva data.
Request deletion without the app
Email the address used for your Clariva account from that same email address. Use the subject “Clariva account deletion”. We may ask you to verify account ownership before deletion.
Data deleted
Your profile, check-ins and journal text, AI analyses, weekly reports, AI content reports, usage records, export requests, notification tokens, reminder settings, and authentication account are deleted.
Data that may remain
Apple, Google, RevenueCat, and other providers may retain transaction, fraud-prevention, security, or legal records under their own policies. Deleting Clariva data does not cancel a store subscription; cancel it separately in your Apple or Google subscription settings.
